To ensure highest quality finish and durability we go true various stages of careful manufacturing processes. It all start from applying carbon weaves to parts using automotive and marine grade composites to ensure longest lifespan and adhesion. Then every piece is airtight sealed to get rid of any imperfections and air bubbles after witch all pieces get fired at high heat oven to finish curing process. During last stage of finish every piece gets depth polished of polyester resin for deep shine and 3D look or cloudy mate finish for natural and understated feel.
